Linear: DZY-2

Summary:

• Implements the v0.2 runtime wave checkpoint: Spine API/HFSM, active Rust memory sidecar, concrete bridge/plugin services, and HUD compatibility over the new main HUD bridge.
• Merges latest main commit d09a8d2 (mood/HUD bridge services).
• Keeps Rust Spine deferred while preserving Python Spine loop and Rust memory service path.

Validation:

• npm run build (web)
• cargo test -p embodied-memory-core
• PYTHONPATH=. uv run --with pytest --with flask --with requests --with python-dotenv --with waitress --with pyyaml pytest -q (175 passed, 1 skipped)

Remaining:

• Full live wake-word activation and talk-back with Brain agent still needs end-to-end hardware/runtime proof before DZY-2 is complete.
